**“What if something goes wrong?”** 💔

For many women, the first trimester is not just about excitement…
It’s also about fear, anxiety and constantly wondering,
**“Is my baby okay?”** 🥺🤍

And then come the myths…

❌ “You walked too much.”
❌ “You climbed stairs.”
❌ “You ate something wrong.”
❌ “You were too stressed.”

Please remember — **a miscarriage is not always caused by something a mother did or didn’t do.**
Many early miscarriages happen because of problems with the developing pregnancy, including chromosomal abnormalities, that are beyond anyone’s control.

So please… **don’t blame yourself.** 🫂

And if you experience bleeding, severe abdominal pain, dizziness or any concerning symptoms in early pregnancy, speak to your gynaecologist promptly.

To every woman who has experienced a miscarriage:
It was not necessarily your fault. You did not “fail” as a mother. 🤍

Let’s talk about miscarriage with facts, compassion and without blame.

First gynae visit ke naam se nervous hona NORMAL hai. 🩷

“Doctor kya poochengi?”
“Examination hoga?”
“Awkward toh nahi lagega?”
“Kya main apni problem openly bata paungi?”

These are some of the most common thoughts women have before their first visit.

Remember — your gynaecologist is there to listen, understand and help, NOT judge. 🤍

✨ Before your appointment:
• Note your period dates & cycle pattern
• Make a list of your symptoms
• Carry previous reports/prescriptions
• Mention any medicines you take
• Most importantly — ask ALL your questions!

Your first gynae visit doesn’t have to be scary. It can be the first step towards understanding your body better. 🌸

Pregnancy sirf baby grow karne ka journey nahi hai… it’s an emotional and physical journey too. 🤰❤️

Aur is journey mein husband ka support can make a HUGE difference.

Sometimes she doesn’t need solutions…
She just needs you to listen. 🫶🏻

Sometimes she doesn’t need expensive gifts…
She needs you to take over the chores. ❤️

Sometimes she doesn’t need advice…
She just needs to hear: **“I’m with you.”**

To all the husbands-to-be — pregnancy mein sirf baby ka father mat baniye, **her partner baniye.** 🥰

Tag a husband who needs to see this! 👇🏻

🤰 Pregnancy mein gas & acidity? You’re definitely not alone!😩

Hormonal changes + growing baby can make bloating, gas and heartburn much more common.

✨ Eat smaller, frequent meals
✨ Eat slowly & chew well
✨ Stay upright after meals
✨ Stay hydrated
✨ Avoid very spicy, oily & trigger foods
✨ Don’t lie down immediately after eating

Save this reel for those *“seene mein jalan + pet mein gas”* days! ❤️

And if symptoms are severe, persistent, or unusual, talk to your doctor.

🤰 Pregnancy mein kya peena safe hai?
Har drink healthy nahi hoti! 👀

💧 **Water** – hydration ke liye best
🥛 **Milk / fortified alternatives** – calcium & protein
🥥 **Coconut water** – refreshing option, but not a treatment for anything
🍋 **Nimbu paani** – hydration ke liye, preferably less sugar
🥣 **Buttermilk (chaach)** – a good option if tolerated
🍵 **Caffeine-containing drinks** – limit your total caffeine intake; don’t overdo tea/coffee

**Limit / Avoid:**
❌ Alcohol – completely avoid during pregnancy
❌ Unpasteurised juices/milk – infection risk
❌ Sugary soft drinks – little nutritional value
⚠️ Energy drinks – best avoided unless your doctor specifically advises otherwise

Save this reel for your pregnancy journey ❤️

And remember, if you have diabetes, high BP, kidney issues or any pregnancy complication, your individual fluid/diet needs may be different.

Baby aa gaya… but pregnancy weight kab jayega? 😅

Postpartum weight loss is NOT about starving or rushing back to your pre-pregnancy body. ❤️
Your body just did something incredible!

✨ Heal first
✨ Nourish your body
✨ Breastfeeding? Eat adequately
✨ Start exercise gradually, when medically appropriate
✨ Focus on strength + consistency, not the weighing scale

**Moms, give your body time. You’re not behind. ❤️**

**Pregnancy mein vaginal discharge? Don’t panic! 🤰🏻💗**

Pregnancy ke दौरान discharge ka increase hona **often normal** hota hai because of hormonal changes.

But… **har discharge normal nahi hota!** 🚨

⚪ Clear/white, thin, mild-smelling discharge → usually normal
🟡/🟢 Yellow or green discharge
😖 Bad smell
🔥 Itching or burning
🩸 Blood-stained discharge
💧 Sudden watery gush/leaking

➡️ In symptoms ko ignore mat karein—apne doctor se consult karein.

**Pregnancy mein “normal discharge” aur “infection/leakage” ke beech difference samajhna important hai! ❤️**

Mommy wrist is REAL! 🤱🏻💗

Wrist or thumb pain after delivery is quite common, especially when you’re constantly lifting, feeding, carrying and rocking your baby.

One common cause is **De Quervain’s tenosynovitis**, often called “Mommy Wrist.”

✨ Don’t ignore persistent pain.
✨ Avoid repetitive strain where possible.
✨ Use proper wrist support while holding your baby.
✨ If pain is severe or persistent, consult your doctor/physiotherapist.

Because taking care of yourself is also part of taking care of your baby. ❤️

Toddler motherhood is a different kind of workout. 😂❤️

You cook → they don’t eat.
You clean → they make a mess.
You sit down → “Mummaaa!”
You finally get 5 minutes alone → guilt enters the chat. 🫠

Some days you feel like a chef, cleaner, teacher, negotiator, entertainer and emotional support human… ALL before noon. 😂

It’s exhausting. It’s messy. It tests your patience like nothing else.

But then those tiny arms hug you, that little voice says “Mumma,” and somehow… everything feels worth it. ❤️

**Toddler moms, what’s your biggest daily struggle? 👇**
