❌Wait until 6 to 8 weeks postpartum—and until the incision is fully closed with no scabs—before starting.
When to Start ➡️
☑️2 to 4 weeks: Light, desensitizing touch around the area.
☑️4 to 8 weeks: Begin gentle tissue massage and skin rolling.
☑️8+ weeks: Apply deeper, firmer pressure to mobilize tissue layers.
✅Do this for 5 to 10 minutes, 1–2 times a day. Use a fragrance-free lotion or coconut oil.
❌Stop immediately if you feel sharp pain, stinging, or tearing.
