Being a working mother is not always about having everything figured out.

I remember carrying my little boy to my workplace because there was no other option. While I worked, he would sit quietly under my table, playing with whatever little things he could find, waiting for me to finish.

We talk so much about a mother's strength, but sometimes strength is not looking strong at all.

Working mothers don't always have perfect arrangements. Sometimes they just make the best of what they have.

BABY POWDER — EVEN “TALC-FREE” ISN’T RISK-FREE

Many parents think that if a powder is talc-free, it is automatically safe for babies.

But the bigger concern is often the powder itself becoming airborne and being inhaled. Babies have small, developing airways, and inhaled particles can cause coughing, choking and respiratory irritation.

🌽 Cornstarch powder
🌾 Rice powder
🌿 Arrowroot powder
🧴 Zinc oxide powder
🌸 Fragrance/essential-oil containing powders

These ingredients are not necessarily “poisons,” but breathing in fine particles is not something we want to deliberately expose a baby to.

And remember: Talc-free ≠ inhalation-safe.

For babies, you usually don't need powder at all.
Keep the baby's skin clean and dry instead. ❤️

No powder is worth the risk of inhalation.

"Why is my baby feeding all the time? Am I not making enough milk?"
This is one of the most common questions I hear from new mothers.
If your baby wants to nurse every 30–90 minutes, especially in the evening, take a deep breath. ❤️ It is often cluster feeding—a completely normal phase during growth spurts. Your baby isn't trying to tell you that your milk is insufficient. They're actually helping your body produce more milk.
During this phase: 💙 Feed on demand. 💚 Stay hydrated and eat nourishing meals. 💛 Rest whenever you can. 🤱 Trust your baby and trust your body.
Most importantly, remember this: Cluster feeding is temporary, but the confidence you gain from understanding it can make your breastfeeding journey so much easier.
If you're unsure whether your baby's feeding pattern is normal or you need a personalized plan to improve your milk supply, I'm here to help.

Every other day, a new supplement claims to be the "secret" to increasing breast milk.

I wish it were that simple.

The truth is, there is no single supplement that can magically increase your milk supply.

Milk production is a team effort. It depends on how often your baby feeds, whether the latch is correct, how effectively the breasts are emptied, skin-to-skin contact, your overall diet, hydration, rest, stress levels, and sometimes even getting the right support at the right time.

Yes, some supplements may have a role in specific situations, but they are never a substitute for good breastfeeding management.

So before spending money on another "miracle" product, ask yourself:
✔️ Is my baby latching well?
✔️ Am I feeding or pumping often enough?
✔️ Am I eating and drinking adequately?
✔️ Am I getting the right guidance?

Most of the time, fixing the basics makes a much bigger difference than any supplement ever can.

If you're struggling with low milk supply, don't guess. Get the cause identified first. Every mother deserves advice that's based on science—not marketing.

🚨 STOP believing these breastfeeding myths!

If you've ever thought... ❌ "I'm not making enough milk." ❌ "My breasts feel soft, so my milk is drying up." ❌ "I need to drink gallons of water to increase my supply."
..you're not alone.

The truth is, many mothers stop breastfeeding early because of misinformation, not because their body can't produce enough milk.

✨ Milk supply is built on: ✔ Effective milk removal ✔ Frequent feeding when needed ✔ A good latch ✔ Proper nutrition & hydration ✔ Individualized guidance—not one-size-fits-all advice

Every breastfeeding journey is different, and you deserve evidence-based support—not myths that make you doubt yourself.

💬 Which myth have you heard the most? Tell me in the comments.
