Ragi Ambali – Best Summer Drink 🌿

Ingredients

* ¼ cup Ragi flour
* 2 cups water
* ½ cup curd
* Few coriander leaves and onion finely chopped
* ½ tsp cumin seeds
* ½ tsp roasted cumin powder
* ½ tsp black salt

Method

1. Mix ragi flour with little water to make a smooth paste.
2. Add remaining water and cook on low flame till thick and glossy, stirring continuously.
3. Let it cool completely.
4. Keep it covered overnight or for 6–8 hours for slight fermentation.
5. Add curd and whisk well until smooth.
6. Add coriander leaves, cumin seeds, roasted cumin powder, and black salt.
7. Add more water in the end if needed to adjust the consistency.
8. Mix well and serve fresh.

☀️ Lu (Heat Stroke) se bachne ke आसान उपाय 🥵

Garmi mein sirf dehydration nahi… “Lu” bhi dangerous ho sakti hai. ⚠️

🧴 Lu se bachne ke tips:
✔️ Bahar nikalte time cap, umbrella ya cotton cloth use karein
✔️ Roz enough paani piyen 💧
✔️ Nimbu paani, chaach, coconut water aur ORS helpful hain
✔️ Empty stomach dhoop mein na niklein
✔️ Cotton aur light color clothes pehnein
✔️ 12 PM se 4 PM tak direct dhoop avoid karein ☀️
✔️ Excess chai, coffee aur cold drinks kam karein

Best Drinks for Diabetic Patients. Healthy options include:
