ULCER AND RAMADAN FASTING 1447/2026

Wasu daga cikin abubuwan da ya kamata mai matsalar rashin lafiyar ciki (misali Ulcer/Gyambon ciki) ya aikata ko ya kauce wa a lokacin azumi domin rage radadin YUNWA, ZAFIN CIKI, ZAFIN ZUCIYA, AMAI, GYATSA da sauransu:👇
Daya daga cikin abubuwan da ke kawo wadannan matsaloli shi ne sinadarin “acid” da ake samarwa a cikin ciki. Wannan sinadari yana k’aruwa musamman lokacin da mutum ya dade bai ci abinci ba (yunwa). Shi ne ke haifar da zafin da mutum ke ji kamar ana soka masa ciki.
A lokacin azumi, wannan “acid” na iya k’aruwa har ya kai zuwa kirji, wanda wani lokaci har mutum zai yi tunanin zuciyarsa ce ke ciwo.

A Lokacin Sahur da Shan Ruwa:
1. ⚠️Ya kamata mai matsalar ulcer (gastric ko peptic ulcer) ko matsalar hanji (ulcerative colitis) ya kauce wa abinci mai yaji sosai da maiqo mai yawa, a lokacin sahur ko buda-baki.
2. ⚠️ A kauce wa abinci mai tsami kamar lemun tsami ko kunun tsamiya, domin suna iya tayar da matsalolin ciki.
3. ⚠️ A kauce wa lemun kwalba masu gas (irin su Coca-Cola, 7Up, Pepsi da sauransu), domin suna kara matsalolin ciki.
4. ⚠️ Shan sigari ko giya na kara tsananta matsalolin ciki, don haka a nisance su.
5. ⚠️ A rage ko a kauce wa shan abubuwan da ke dauke da caffeine, musamman a lokacin sahur (misali shayi ko coffee).
6. ⚠️ Kada a kwanta nan take bayan cin abinci.
7. ⚠️ A kauce wa aiki mai wahala sosai, domin yana iya kara yawan acid a ciki.
ABUBUWAN DA YA KAMATA A YI DOMIN RAGE ACID👇
1. 💡Cin abinci mai saukin narkewa kamar 'ya'yan itatuwa, dankali, shinkafa, kayan marmari (alayyahu), biredi, da abincin da aka yi da hatsi.
2. 💡A ci abinci kadan-kadan, ba tare da cika ciki sosai ba.
3. 💡Kada a danne iska (tusa) idan tana son fitowa. Idan kana cikin jama’a, ka nemi wuri da ya dace ka fitar da ita. Haka nan kada a danne bayan-gida idan (ba haya).
4.💡Shan ruwa sosai a lokacin sahur da buda-
baki.
5. 💡Shan madara marar s**ari (ga wanda madara ba ta jawo masa matsala), ko yogurt domin suna taimakawa lafiyar ciki.
6. 💡Shan magungunan da likita ya bayar ba tare da yankewa ba.
7. 💡Yin sahur kullum, kuma a karshen lokaci, domin abincin ya dade a rumbun ciki kafin a fara jin yunwa sosai.
Akwai karin bayanai da dama, amma zan takaita anan.
🗣️ Ina kira ga yan’uwa ma’aikatan lafiya da su kara mana shawarwari domin samun damar yin azumi cikin koshin lafiya.
‼️ Idan mutum ya ji matsala mai tsanani, ya kamata ya garzaya ya ga likita.
Mu kula da lafiyarmu domin mu samu damar yin ibada cikin natsuwa.
