Hello friends
Hope all of you are in good health.
I want to share my feelings to you
This is historical crisis in whole world
This CORONA Infection is pandemic
Now this is whole world problem
For the first time nature speechless voice made us realise that we human beings are nothing but a helpless creature when our healh is on life and death bridge.
Today in morning, few thoughts came in my mind which i wanna share with you. This is time to renovate ourselves, this is time for sunday papa to become more closer to your family .
This is time to get rid of monotony of being working machine .
We will earn money later when this crises will over
But rejuvenate your self by taking care of your health
Get rid of hypertension medicines by pacticing pranayams
Love your family give time to them
See your beautiful home in which you enter only night
Only spend your valuable money on only needy things
Take care of your health only because you are the richest person when you are healhy
Make promise we all by now we will take care of our health by eating less drink more water
Only eat fresh,
Sleep well
Do lots of exercise either yoga or walk,
Make your country proud by staying healthy wealthy and stessfree
Dont blame govt
They are also people like you and me
