PCOS ko control karna complicated nahi hai bas consistency chahiye 💙

Here are 5 simple things I usually guide my patients with 👇

1️⃣ Khana skip mat karo, balance rakho
PCOS mein sugar levels affect hote hain. Regular meals + protein + fibre = better hormone balance.

2️⃣ Extreme diets se door raho
Crash diet se short-term result milta hai, but sustain nahi hota. Ghar ka simple, balanced food hi best hota hai.

3️⃣ Roz thoda movement zaroor karo
Gym zaroori nahi walking, yoga ya light exercise bhi kaafi hai. Consistency matters more than intensity.

4️⃣ Sleep & stress ignore mat karo
Late nights aur stress PCOS symptoms ko aur badha dete hain. Thoda rest aur “me time” zaroor lo.

5️⃣ Har body alag hoti hai
Har kisi ka PCOS same nahi hota. Isliye treatment bhi personalized hona chahiye copy-paste solutions kaam nahi karte.
