Patient reported with abscess discharge in RC treted incisor
Iopar reveled incomplete obturation with huge apical bone loss

Patient was in no mood of getting it extracted

Re RCT started 3 months ago ,with copious irrigation step by step and after series of Iodoform dressing ,
Apical healing started with good new bone formation

Case obturated today using BCS , and good lateral fill ...slight apical puff of BCS is visible

Patient aged 50 years female ,chief complain was pain in let side of upper jaw..pain was throbbing and radiated to head...
Patient first visit to any dentist so very phobic to dental procedures...

IOPA revealed distal decay in left upper 3rd molar with pulp involved and abscess apically....(forgot to take IOPA pic)
Surgical Extraction done under local anesthesia..

Upper 3rd molar with three distinct , distant and long roots...

Proper elevation is key ......
Patients was very happy and says AAJ K BAAD MERA DAANTO KA ILAJ KARANE KA DARR NIKAL GAYA....DAANT NIKLA MUJHE PATA V NAHI CHALA..
