National Science Day 2026 celebrations were marked with grandeur at CSIR-IHBT Palampur. The event was graced by esteemed guests including Dr. Sudesh Kumar Yadav, Director, CSIR-IHBT, Dr. Shekhar C. Mande, President, Indian National Science Academy, Dr. Mrs. Siridevi Annapurna Singh, Ex-Director, Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI), Mysore, and Prof. S.K. Sopory, Padma Shri Awardee and Ex-Vice Chancellor, Jawarlal Nehru University, New Delhi. The occasion also featured the launch of ANI Products' Stevia Powder, Stevia Drops, and Stevia Tablets, among others.

स्टीविया नेचुरल शुगर लेने का एक बेहतरीन जरिया है। यह न केवल चीनी से ज्यादा मीठा है बल्कि फायदेमंद भी है। स्टीविया के अंदर जीरो कैलोरीज होती है I डायबिटीज के रोगी चीनी के रूप में स्टीविया का उपयोग कर सकते हैं I इससे शुगर लेवल नहीं बढ़ता है. इसके अलावा स्टीविया हाई ब्लड प्रेशर, हाइपरटेंशन, गैस एसिडिटी, त्वचा के रोग आदि के इलाज में भी किया जा सकता है I वजन कम करने में भी यह औषधि बड़े काम की है. इसका उपयोग शुगर फ्री चीजें बनाने के लिए भी किया जाता है I
