Proceeding it's a simple word that contains a multitude of problem .It can turn a healthy , nutritious food into one that has little nutritional value left and may even make you sick .let's revisit the key distinction when it comes to the transformation of food .
Whole foods
These are'' real food '' these foods are essentially intact close to the form in which they grew .None of their essentially intact , close to the form in which they grew .None
Of their essential nutritious part have been removed ,and no unhealthy substance (sugar,salt ,oil or chemical such as artificial flavors , preservative,or colour ) have been added to them .This includes all type of whole fruits and vegetables, whole grains beans and other legumes,and nuts and seeds ,as well as unprocessed animal foods. You 'll often find unprocessed foods in the perimeter aisles of grocery stores ,as well as at farmi markets. They usually don't need much if any packaging,not do they feature long ingredients lists .they won't contain preservative ,and many needs to be kept in the refrigerator and consumed soon after purchase , unless they ' beens dried like beans and whole grains or purchased frozen . No matter which fasting program you choose ,or even if you choose not to adopt any formal type of fasting you will want to stop eating at least three hours before you go to bed . Many factors influence why you will really health benefits if you develop the habit of not eating within three hours of bed time .
When you are sleeping ,your energy needs are at their lowest ,if you are providing excess fuel at this time will result in the production of excessive amount of damaging free radicals

Eat breakfast :when you're day Begins .The simple step alone may go a long way in cutting down migraine you need balanced diet .

Eat every four to six hours .you want to maintain consistent blood sugar levels . instead of three large meals a day
Eat protein at every meal . Protein takes longer to digest than charbohydrate and is absorbed more slowly in to into your system .

Eat complex carbohydrates instead of processed foods .complex carbohydrates ate whole bread , whole grain products and oat meal is excellent for breakfast , all these food take longer for your body to digest .

Eat snacks ,when you get hungry between meals ,eat something that will give you good nutrients like yoghurt , peanuts , roasted chickpeas ,
