Eating whole foods instead of highly processed foods
Proceeding it's a simple word that contains a multitude of problem .It can turn a healthy , nutritious food into one that has little nutritional value left and may even make you sick .let's revisit the key distinction when it comes to the transformation of food .

You 'll often find unprocessed foods in the perimeter aisles of grocery stores ,as well as at farmi markets. They usually don't need much if any packaging,not do they feature long ingredients lists .they won't contain preservative ,and many needs to be kept in the refrigerator and consumed soon after purchase , unless they ' beens dried like beans and whole grains or purchased frozen . Whole plant foods are always healthy choices
