🌿 Preparation

Sit comfortably • Spine straight • Eyes closed
Relax face & shoulders • Take 2–3 deep breaths

🌸 Shanmukhi Mudra (Correct Hand Position)

* Thumbs → close ears
* Index → forehead
* Middle → eyelids (no pressure)
* Ring → beside nostrils
* Little → near lips

🌬️ How to Do

Inhale deeply →
Exhale with a soft humming sound “hmmmm…” 🐝
Feel vibration in head & face
Keep it slow, smooth & gentle
