GOA WELLNESS RETREAT
1st-7th March 2026

I am so excited to be returning to Goa again this year with my teacher friend Chiara for a week of yoga, Qigong, Pilates and meditation in a blissful Retreat Centre in Mandrem.
The retreat has been planned to be nourishing and restorative, with two daily classes and plenty of free time for you to chill by the pools or on the beach, explore the local area or have a holistic treatment.
The retreat centre is set amidst lush, tropical gardens, at walking distance from the beach.
At the retreat you will be able to join a variety of extra activities such as Kirtan, Ice baths, Ecstatic Dance, Animal Flow, Aerial Yoga and boat trips.

To keep the atmosphere intimate and caring, we’re only opening a limited number of spaces.
This way, everyone receives more attention, more presence, more nourishment.

Teaching me lessons each time.

What an incredible journey it is to open my heart to new experiences.
It’s not always easy, but every step taken into the unknown is filled with potential.

Reminding myself to embrace uncertainty and allowing my heart to explore the vastness of life beyond limitations.
