Jab bhi stress, gussa ya overthinking ho, sirf 10 seconds ke liye ruk jaiye.
Ek gehri saans lijiye... aur dheere se chhod dijiye.
Ab khud se 3 sawal poochiye:

✨ Main iss waqt kya soch raha/rahi hoon?
✨ Main kya mehsoos kar raha/rahi hoon?
✨ Mere sharir mein kahan tension hai?

Bas notice kijiye... kuch badalne ki koshish mat kijiye.
Psychology kehti hai ki awareness hi change ki pehli seedhi hai, aur yoga ise sakshi bhav kehta hai.

Ab ek aur gehri saans lijiye aur khud se kahiye:
'Main apne anubhav ko dekh sakta/sakti hoon, bina turant react kiye.'

Mental Health Mission India successfully organized a workshop on Stress Management & Exam Phobia at PM Shri Navodaya Vidyalaya, Almora Nainital.

The session was conducted by Resource Person Ms. Priya Pal (Counseling Psychologist) and facilitated by Ms. Shivani Sharma (Psychologist).

The workshop focused on helping students understand stress, manage exam anxiety, build emotional resilience, and adopt healthy coping strategies for academic pressure. Students actively participated in interactive discussions and activities, making the session insightful and engaging.
