Vepdegestrant (Veppanu®) is an oral, CRBN-recruiting PROTAC developed by Arvinas and Pfizer.It received FDA approval in May 2026 for treating ER+/HER2- breast cancer, including cases with ESR1 mutations.This drug operates by catalytically degrading the estrogen receptor (ERα) protein rather than simply blocking it.It is considered a major milestone in targeted protein degradation therapy.
