⚜️What you do on a daily basis affects your gut. And the health of your gut determines your overall health. ​​​​​​​​​
🌱We can't separate gut health from daily habits. So if you think that staying up late isn't a big deal, you're wrong.

⚜️If you think drinking coffee all day without drinking water is ok, you're wrong.

🌱If you think avoiding exercise is cute, you're not. Or you think being stressed out of your mind is normal; you're wrong.

⚜️Lifestyle habits matter more than you think. A good, healthy diet works best when it's joined by adequate rest, low stress, adequate movement and hydration among other things.
