I think Everyone can related themselves with this post😂
Because this 2 years were like 2020( covid 19)➡️ lockdown ➡️ and boom 2022💥
But in the process of saving ourselves from getting infected, lot of people have gained weight due to changes in lifestyle and eating habits, sleep cycle, stress this factors also have played major role in fat deposition in body. There was very low rate of metabolism in every individual which completely changed their apple shaped body to pear shaped 😂
Now, it's time to look after your self and start having healthy lifestyle and habits change so that you'll out to your earlier body structure and get rid of problems related to weight gain because now the scenario has changed everything has came back to the normal.
So, atleast start including some of easy physical activities in your daily routine like walking, jogging, sit ups, pushups, stairs climbing, etc.

Having protein shakes or protein supplements are good for weight loss???🧐
So, many of us must have atleast a single person in family or friends who's having protein shakes for weight loss and with that the side effects of it also🤭🤦‍♀️
Here's the exact explanation for it:-
1. Due to the consumption of protein shakes instead of any meal in a day making imbalance in your daily meals.
2. This proteins are consumed in large amount compared to other nutrients in diet. e.g. Carbs are completely cut down or taking in very less amount.
3. This proteins are not easily digestible that's why it's creating burden on kidneys for digestion.
4. Since it's not getting digested then it'll increase uric acid levels and there's also a chances of getting ketosis.
5. When a person stops having this proteins then there will drastically bounce back of weight will happen and making the person more bulky then earlier.
That's why every individual should try to go with natural source of proteins for weight loss or gain. So that you shouldn't suffer from any side effects and your body will be maintained throughout your life😄

"BIRIYANI IS AN EMOTION" ❤
One serving of chicken biryani contains protein, carbohydrates as well as fats. Protein comes from chicken meat and cashew nut, carbohydrate comes from the rice and the fat from the oil used. Biryani also helps in smooth functioning of heart, kidney and liver.
So, dietitian/nutritionist also eat biriyani because having favorite food once in awhile is always a best decision. And mainly dieting is not a thing where you should stop eating your favorite food items. only thing needed to understand is that to have it in limited amount.

Do You know what is meant by Dietary requirements???
It simply means a regulated daily food allowance. And it is self explanatory that dietary requirements are something which is to be consumed in the form of your diet only not with supplements suggested by pharmaceutical people because this are the things for which you have a great option for getting this nutrients naturally by your diet.
Until or unless at any critical condition or your unable to get nutrients from diet then only one should go with supplements suggested by many pharmaceutical's. Otherwise as a Nutritionists/Dietitians they'll always try to give or advice you for getting dietary requirements in healthy and natural way.
So, hope you understood the difference between natural nutrients and Supplements.

Hey, Do you know this???
When people come for dietary advices after getting more concious about their fitness and Many times it happens that before coming to dietitians/Nutritionist they already had experimented themselves with Advices they get from various sources like YouTube, instagram, family whatsApp groups,padosi chachi's advice, chintu k papa's advice and mars k uncle's advice.
And by following this kind of tips which are not practically going to work for them due to their different type of body composition and other metabolic related problems. which leads to more problems or they don't even find any change between them and finally after following all this they lastly land up for dietitians/nutritionist advice which makes them and that person both requires more hard work to achieve the fitness goals which they wanted to be in.
So, it's really important to understand that one shouldn't follow any tips which are not specifically customized for them.

Obesity occurs when a person's body mass index is 25 or greater.The excessive body fat increases the risk of serious health problems. A body mass index (BMI) over 23 is considered overweight, and over 25 is obese.Obesity is only problem to which most of the Indian people are suffering. But the saddest part of this fact is that people don't realize themselves as on risk factors related to obesity like diabetics, hypertension, thyroid and PCOS (which is more common in females).
Here, it's very important to look after yourself and focusing on your ideal weight. Which is needed to make you safe from this health issues.

Have You ever had thought of what exactly means being on diet???
In easy words Diet is the food that a person usually eats or certain foods that a person who is ill, or who wants to lose or gain weight is allowed to eat. But, diet doesn't mean to have only one kind food through out the period while dieting. Nowadays it's getting more common in people who come through any fad diet which is followed by celebrities or they must have read about it on social media, and they follow it on their own self.They shouldn't blindly trust this kind of fad diet practices because each and every individual has different body composition along with different metabolic rate meaning every individual needs a customized and unique diet.The point which is needed to kept in mind before going with such diet is In case of any diet related concerns, always seeks for dietitian's/nutritionist's advice.

Many of females are not aware about weight gain during Menstrual cycle the reason behind that is Period-related weight gain is caused by hormonal fluctuations. It may be the result of water retention, overeating, sugar cravings, and skipping workouts due to cramps. So, it is important to understand people that Nutritionists/dietitians are not magicians who will just say "abra kadabra" and you'll loose weight in a while.
