I think Everyone can related themselves with this post😂
Because this 2 years were like 2020( covid 19)➡️ lockdown ➡️ and boom 2022💥
But in the process of saving ourselves from getting infected, lot of people have gained weight due to changes in lifestyle and eating habits, sleep cycle, stress this factors also have played major role in fat deposition in body. There was very low rate of metabolism in every individual which completely changed their apple shaped body to pear shaped 😂
Now, it's time to look after your self and start having healthy lifestyle and habits change so that you'll out to your earlier body structure and get rid of problems related to weight gain because now the scenario has changed everything has came back to the normal.
So, atleast start including some of easy physical activities in your daily routine like walking, jogging, sit ups, pushups, stairs climbing, etc.
