Your calves are your body’s second heart. ✅

No, this is not an exaggeration.

Your calves actually help pump blood back to the heart, improve circulation, and support healthy ageing. 🙌

So strengthen them daily to strengthen your heart health. 🫶

• 2–3 sets of 15–20 calf raises every morning
• Take the stairs whenever possible
• Walk 7–10k steps daily
• Skip rope for 1–2 minutes × 3 rounds
• Stretch calves for 30 seconds after workouts
• Walk barefoot on grass or sand for 10–15 minutes

Strong calves = stronger circulation, better balance, and a healthier heart. ❤️‍🩹
