1. 🥭Mangoes are fattening
As we all say anything in excess is bad, It is true for mangoes too. Mangoes contain high amount of fibre and induces feeling of satiety. It also packed with other essential nutrients & minerals just like any other fruits.

2. 🥭Diabetic patient can not eat Mangoes
Yes mangoes are high in sugar compare to other fruits but it is low in Glycaemic index so taking it in moderation and during the day time is advisable for diabetic patient.

3. 🥭Mangoes can trigger Acne & Pimples
How many times we have heard our mother saying that you should avoid having mangoes because it produce heat in the body. NO… Mangoes are high in fibre, Anti-Oxidants, Vitamin A, C & K. These vitamins and minerals are good for our skin to keep them healthy and nourished. Hence its all about practicing moderation.

An ardent food lover who couldn't resist her vadapav along with sweetened fresh lime soda.
But Patience, perseverance, hard work and most importantly trust on us paid off.
