Some opportunities quietly become milestones… and this was one of them.
On 16th March 2026, we got the opportunity to visit the ONGC India office in Bandra as Guest Dietitians and it turned out to be far more meaningful than we expected.
We interacted one on one with employees, understanding their real life challenges, long working hours, shift duties, irregular meals, medical conditions, stress, and the everyday struggle of maintaining healthy eating habits in a demanding work environment.
Those were honest conversations.
About lifestyle, health, food choices, and small sustainable changes.
What made this experience even more special was the trust shown by the ONGC leadership.
We were invited to collaborate further to help craft practical diet strategies for employees who eat within office premises, work in shifts, and need realistic, doable solutions rather than textbook advice.
After our Naval experience in 2024, this felt like another meaningful step forward.
A step that reminded us why we started this journey in the first place to take nutrition beyond clinics and into real workplaces, real schedules, and real lives.
We may not be exposed to large crowds every day, but this experience pushed us, challenged us, and helped us grow. And we are grateful for every conversation, every interaction, and every learning that came with it.
Moments like these remind us we’re moving in the right direction.
Grateful. Learning. Growing.
And excited for what’s ahead.
Thank you ONGC for this opportunity.
