A lot of women face bloating, puffiness on face or abdominal area, in general and also owing to hormonal factors.

A lot of people also drink plain water that’s room temperature water.

Switching to water boiled with star anise, effectively prevents bloating owing to the compound ANETHOLE.

My mother’s recipe that is just perfect!

You can try this out, and be assured it won’t cause acidity. Pls do eat a small portion of some hot snack, non fried but. For eg uttapam, poha, light veg sandwich.

Avoid biscuits, rusk, or having on empty stomach!

Taking care of our emotions and mind forms the root of holistic health.

While diet and exercise certainly provides results, it is symptomatic, like wiping leaves of the plants, where the symptoms rebound after a few months.

To holistically take care of this:

1. Prioritise sleep 😴 by 10:30/11:00 p.m. max

2. Journal 📓 3 or more stress triggers every day that you experienced and let it go mentally. Also add 5 things you were grateful for during the day. Divide this into first and second half.

3. Practice box breathing 4-7-8 counts 6-7 rounds on you bed before sleeping. 💤
