I need to observe my own actions in order to know the tricks of mind. Only by knowing the tricks of mind, I will not be controlled by mind.
I need to observe:
1. Why do I talk loudly?
2. Why do I talk even if it's not needed?
3. Why do I compulsively help others excessively even at the cost of my own health, time, energy, money?
4. Why do I compulsively help others even if they have not asked for it?

My spouse is a mirror which reveals the unacknowledged energy aspects of me.
This unacknowledgement brings misery, suffering in my own life. This unacknowledged energy is part of me itself. Wherever I go, this accompanies me. This unacknowledgement simply shows I am in a state of unconsciousness.

If I observe very closely my own occupation, or the work that I do in my daily life then it reveals stuck energy that is finding it's expression through that work itself. However I am aware of that stuck energy only because I am not conscious fully. I am acting mechanically. I am slave to that stuck energy.
The more I become conscious of that stuck energy, the more vitality and energetic I feel as the stuck energy is being released.
This is the deeper purpose of work I do in my everyday life.
