Namaste everyone,
The most important work is to simply observe my own mind without any prejudice, judgements.

As per our scriptures the most fundamental habit of the mind is to desire. Which means whatever I do, there is some desire hidden underneath it. Without that desire, mind will not do anything.
This means whatever problems, miserable situation an individual goes through in life is linked to desire.
This desire is hidden, and this hidden desire can be seen only by the yogi, and not by the bhogi.
Yogi is the one who simply observes his own mind.
