Aam Panna Recipe 👇🏻
Ingredients
* 2 medium-sized raw mangoes
* 1 cup Munakka or (raisins) paste
* 1 tbsp black salt
* 2 tbsp roasted cumin powder
* 1 tbsp rock salt
* 1 tbsp black pepper
* 1 litre water

Method

1. Cook the raw mangoes in an oven or pressure cooker until soft.
2. Let them cool, then remove the pulp from the skin.
3. Blend the mango pulp into a smooth puree.
4. Soak the munakka/ raisins in water for a few hours and grind into a smooth paste.
5. In a large bowl, mix the mango puree, munakka paste, black salt, roasted cumin powder, rock salt, & black pepper.
6. Add 1 litre of water and mix well until everything combines smoothly.
7. Serve chilled and enjoy your refreshing khatta meetha aam panna. 🥭✨
