𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬

During the devastating second wave of the pandemic, HOSMAC partnered with Vedanta to design, manage, and commission 10 state-of-the-art, fully air-conditioned COVID field hospitals across India.

From German hangar structures engineered to withstand 100 km/h winds to advanced 3-stage air filtration and negative pressure ICUs, our team overcame severe logistical, material, and weather challenges to deliver critical care infrastructure right where it was needed most.

This project was indeed a resolution towards our motto of ‘Perfecting Healthcare.’

𝐇𝐎𝐒𝐌𝐀𝐂 is currently engaged in designing a 600-bed Super Specialty Hospital within the IIT Kanpur campus, under the 𝐆𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐰𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 & 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲. Spread across 30 𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐬, the hospital is planned around a fishbone layout with an 18-𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐝, spanning 650,000 sq. ft. and vertically zoned to dedicate each floor to a single medical specialty. With a total built-up area of 10,58,006 sq. ft., the hospital complex will include a Super Speciality Hospital Block (G+5), Ancillary Block (G+4), Oncology Block (G+5), Academic & Research Block (G+5), Residential PG Block (G+9), and Engineering Block (G+2) — together forming a future-ready and integrated healthcare ecosystem.

The project is being executed as a Turnkey Design Consulting assignment by HOSMAC India Pvt. Ltd.
