Some people have a way of bringing joy wherever they go. 💙

Meet Nikhil, a cheerful member of the Swayam Siddha family, who is always eager to interact with everyone around him. He loves working with beads, creating beautiful pieces, and helping with packing too. 📿📦

At Swayam Siddha, you’ll often find him spending time with his close friends Harshad and Vishal, sharing smiles, conversations and happy moments. 😊

By his side is his mother, Anupama, who dedicated her career to educating children with physical and intellectual disabilities. With a background in Philosophy and English, along with a B.Ed. in special education, she spent her career supporting and teaching children with diverse learning and support needs until her retirement.

Together, Nikhil and Anupama are a cherished part of the Swayam Siddha family. 💫

Meet Harshad - a talented and cheerful member of the Swayam Siddha family, who brings warmth and happiness wherever he goes. He loves spending time with his many friends at Swayam Siddha and enjoys creating beautiful garlands and other pieces using beads. 📿✨

His mother accompanies him to Swayam Siddha, making their time here a special part of their routine.

And when he isn’t busy creating, you’ll often find Harshad enjoying his favourite Marathi songs. 🎶

His ever-smiling face is perhaps what makes him truly special - a reminder that joy can be found in the simplest moments. 😊

Building stronger partnerships through shared learning and collective action. 🌱

The Craftizen Foundation hosted the Petalist Partner Training Initiative – Master Trainer Program, led by Master Trainer for Swayam Siddha Foundation. Partner organisations from across the Mumbai region came together to strengthen their skills, exchange knowledge, and build capacity for greater impact.
