🌱Nutrition is more than just weight loss or weight gain.
Sharing one of my client journeys that truly reflects this belief. Despite a demanding schedule as a nurse at JJ Hospital, she stayed consistent as much as she could,not perfect, but persistent. From 91.3 kg to 82 kg, the progress speaks for itself.
What matters even more than the numbers is the transformation beyond the scale:
