Every woman, every human, loses touch with fitness at some point in their lives. It's not limited to just fitness - we stop taking care of ourselves in pursuit of a better life, ironically. I was no exception to this. As I turned 50, I realized that my lipid profile was off the roof, and I needed to do something about it. That's when I started my journey towards wellness.
After doing tonnes of research, I ended up studying nutrition and exercise science in-depth. I wanted to understand how the human body works, what it needs to function at its best, and how we can optimize our health through simple, sustainable lifestyle changes. To be honest, I felt like these concepts were so important and valuable for a person to become healthy that they should be introduced in school! This motivated me to share what I've learned with the world.
So here I am, trying to make simple wellness concepts accessible to all through Instagram and through my mother tongue. I believe that anyone, no matter their age or background, can take steps towards better health. It's never too late to start prioritizing your well-being, and I'm excited to be on this journey with you. Let's make healthy living achievable and enjoyable for everyone!
