1.The trust conducts free health checkup camps for various age groups and socioeconomic groups e.g. school children, senior citizens, women health etc.
We also organises many camps for awareness and checkup of diseases like cancer, diabetes, thyroid, gynaecological diseases, arthritis, ophthalmological disease etc.
2.We conduct various awareness lectures and seminars e.g. diet and nutrition awareness for school children, Sexual education and awareness lectures for puberty age children etc.
3.Yoga classes and workshops for various age groups and also for specific complaints and diseases like obesity, thyroid, asthma, arthritis, stress etc.
4.‘Suvarnaprashana’ Sanskar Camps for better immunity, improved concentration, sharp memory for newborns and kids upto 12 years of age.
5.Garbhasanskar classes with pre conception counselling, prenatal diet, Yoga, music and mantra therapy for mental and physical development of foetus. Ayurvedic medicines for safe pregnancy.
