Radio Frequency Face Lift
Wrinkles and loose skin can take its toll on your looks. Even healthy and active people eventually show signs of aging on their faces. Since it's the most important visual feature of your body-the one that most people will recognize you by-it's important to keep your face fresh and youthful. More and more people have tried face lifts over the years to combat wrinkles and skin imperfections. Though often successful, traditional face lifts require minor surgery and prolonged recovery periods. There's increasing demand for non-surgical techniques to refresh facial appearances. That's where radio frequency face lifts come into play.
RF face lift is a thermal procedure that uses radio frequency waves to reconstruct the deep tissue layers beneath the skin. This hot new trend in non-surgical face lifts is becoming a popular maintenance technique for people who are not yet ready for a full face lift.
A radio frequency emitter is pressed up against the skin. These radio waves get past the outer skin layers and deliver heat energy to the muscles and tissues beneath. The heat helps to contract these layers and build up collagen levels. The overall result tightens up the outer layers of skin and reduces wrinkling effects. Since there's a lot of heat involved, some cooling must be applied to the skin at the same time. Most devices have a cooling mist of water built right into them to keep the skin from burning. Despite this, most patients still experience discomfort, swelling, and skin irritation in the following days. These side-effects can be treated with prescription painkillers.
The radio frequency face lift was approved by the FDA as a non-surgical treatment for wrinkles and facial skin imperfections. It is a proven medical procedure that requires no scalpels or sutures. Its effects, however, are limited compared to a full face lift surgery. That's because radio energy is not as accurate when attempting to re-sculpt a person's face. Ultimately, the procedure is more attractive as a maintenance treatment for younger patients who are showing initial signs of aging. By using a radio frequency face lift, these people can avoid needing a full-fledged face lift later on in life.
It's also a popular choice for busy professionals who care about their looks. The treatment only takes about an hour, and full recovery is expected in a few days. The results take a bit of time to show fully though. Some results are visible immediately, while the full results take a few months to develop as the deep tissue layers heal.

Skin Tightening
Technology has made it easier and easier for women to Sage in grace and beauty. The event of laser therapy has made it possible for you to have your cake and eat it too, at least in the area of skin tightening.
Laser skin tightening is a cosmetic procedure that effectively and dramatically tightens loose skin. It is much less invasive than surgical tightening procedures, and the results are almost as impressive.
In addition, skin laser tightening is more effective at treating sagging skin than chemical peels, and microdermabrasion, and the results are long lasting.
Who can Benefit from Skin Tightening?
Anyone who has saggy skin anywhere can benefit. Skin tightening lasers have been shown to be effective in reducing under eye sagging, neck sagging, jowl sagging, sagging brow lines, excess abdominal skin from stretch marks, sagging skin on arms and knees, and sagging jaw lines.
It also is effective in reducing fine lines, wrinkles and deeper wrinkles. This therapy is used by both men and women.
How does it Work?
Laser skin tightening works by repairing the skin’s underlying framework of collagen. When the laser heats the collagen, the collagen tightens, which in turn causes the overlying skin to tighten. Patients’ notice an immediate improvement, but even better is that the tightening and toning effects goes on long after the procedure, as the collagen production continues over the next two to three months. Most people need two to three treatments for optimal results, this varies.
There are several laser tightening therapies available. The Titan® system is popular, and uses laser therapy to heat deeper layers of collagen while at the same time cooling the skin’s outer surface. Also, the Titan system does not injure fat. This procedure is only performed by qualified cosmetic dermatologists as at LOOKS Cosmetic Clinic, who will examine your skin and determine the most effective laser tightening therapy for you.
How long do Results Last?
Results typically last anywhere from 24 months or longer. This varies between patients and is dependent also on a good skin care regimen. Patient often need an additional “touch up” every two years or so to maintain the results.
Dermal Fillers
What are dermal fillers?
Perhaps nothing is more gratifying for cosmetic patients than having an immediate correction of rhytides or scars as a result of the injection of dermal filler. If you'd like to restore youthful fullness to your face, enjoy plump lips, enhance shallow contours or soften those facial creases and wrinkles, dermal fillers may be the answer. Dermal fillers have been called "liquid facelifts" because they offer many of the benefits of a surgical facelift without the downtime.
Although they can't help with excess sagging skin, these soft tissue fillers can add more volume and provide immediate results at a lower cost than surgery. These treatments aren't permanent, however, and they must be repeated and maintained.
The perfect dermal filler would be inexpensive, safe, painless to inject, hypoallergenic, and long lasting. In addition, it should have consistent and predictable results, feel natural under the skin, take little time to inject, be ready-to-use, exert no downtime on the patient, and have a low risk of complications. With the increasing desire for people to achieve a more youthful appearance, the aging baby boomer population, and the increased demand for "lunch-time procedures," the pharmaceutical market has responded by providing the cosmetic surgeon with an increasing number of options to meet the demands of the cosmetic patient. Thus, this segment of cosmetic surgery has been the fastest growing for the past decade.
By definition, dermal filler is a product that is injected or placed into the dermis. Patients are instructed to not manipulate the treated areas, because the product may shift. The best way to reduce inflammation is to immediately apply a cool pack to the areas that were treated. In current practice, several dermal fillers are available for use in the United States, in addition to subdermal fillers, or those that are placed underneath the dermis in the subcutis.
Our plastic surgeon will assess your needs and recommend one or a combination of treatments to achieve your desired results.

Derma roller with Liquid facelift
What is DermaRoller?
It is a cylindrical shaped drum stud with fine needle in different length and a medical device used in
mi-croneedling to stimulate skin cells to proliferate.
How does the DermaRoller Work?
As our doctor rolls the device over your skin, it creates pin point punctures into the dermis – the majority of which are simply pushing your pores open temporarily. This is perceived by the body as damage, which stimulates the release of growth factors that trigger the production of collagen and elastin. The human body reacts to any injury by initiating the healing process, but usually it will only heal as far as it must to keep you healthy – which is different to healing to a cosmetic level. By persistently triggering the healing process, you encourage your body to continue healing until the job is finished.
Following the treatment you will be able to relax for 15 minute while a hydrating facial cloth mask pre-moistened with a refreshing Coenzyme Q10 or vitamin C solution or Botanical extracts will be place over your face. The mask will act as an antinflamatory, soothing agent and prevent damage caused by free radicals. As a result it will improve your skin's surface overall complexion and replenish moisture to your skin.
What are the Benefits?
DermaRoller is a revolutionary device which has the amazing ability to naturally stimulate collagen and elastin production in the skin without damaging it. It can be used for both men and women and has numerous beneficial effects:
Scar Removal – including acne scar removal / treatment
Stretch Mark Removal / Treatment
Anti Ageing
Anti Wrinkle
Cellulite Treatment / Cellulite Reduction or Removal
Hyper Pigmentation Treatment
BOTOX / NEURONOX
How Does Botox / Neuronox Work?
Botox / Neuronox blocks signal from the nerves to the muscles. The injected muscles can no longer contract, which causes the wrinkles to relax and soften. It is most often used on forehead lines, crow's feet (lines around the eye) and frown lines.
How Is the Procedure Performed?
The procedure takes only a few minutes and no anesthesia is required. Botox is injected with a fine needle into specific muscles with only minor discomfort. It generally takes three to seven days to take full effect. It is best to avoid alcohol at least one week prior and 4 hours after treatment. Aspirin and anti-inflammatory medications should be stopped two weeks before treatment as well in order to reduce bruising.
How Long Does a Botox Injection Last?
The effects from Botox will last four to six months. As muscle action gradually returns, the lines and wrinkles begin to re-appear and wrinkles need to be re-treated. However, with continued regular use of Botox to relax facial muscles the lines no longer look as frightening as they would without the treatment. The lines and wrinkles often appear less severe with time because the muscles are being trained to relax.
Dermage
Dermage is a safe and effective non surgical procedure performed with the latest technology that restores the skin's lost tonicity, texture and freshness. Get in touch with Plenitas and its professionals authorized by Dermage so that your face will show again how youthful you still feel.
What are the advantages of Dermage?
It is completely non-invasive, since no surgeries or injections are involved.
The improved tonicity, outline and texture of the skin are naturally achieved by stimulation of the collagen.
As opposed to laser treatments, Dermage can be used to treat all kinds of skin and of any color.
As opposed to injectable fillings, Dermage acts on every section of the face: forehead, eyelids, nasolabial folds, jaws, cheeks and chin.
In just one session of between 30 minutes and 2 hours, the collagen is tightened and its growth is stimulated.
The improvement is evident immediately and it continues during the following 6 months. The results last years.
You will be able to return to your normal activities very quickly, a recovery period will not be necessary.
How does Dermage work?
Since Dermage acts selectively in each layer of skin, it is convenient to begin the explanation with the skin layers:
1) The external layer, epidermis, is the only visible layer.
2) The mid layer below the epidermis, dermis, is where the concentration of collagen is higher.
3) The interior layer, subcutaneous, is mainly made of fat and a web of collagen fibers.
When the collagen is deteriorated because of exposure to the sun, genetic factors or normal aging process, the skin of the face begins to wrinkle and to look sagging.
Obviously, conventional treatments that act on the surface level do not restore the collagen of the mid and deep layers of the skin.
Dermage is the only non-invasive treatment available to restore and tighten the collagen of the skin in all its layers. It uses capacity radiofrequency (CRF) technology to generate intense heat on the mid and deep layers of the skin, which produces an immediate tightening and an improvement in the skin's tone and texture. Meanwhile, the external layer of the skin is kept cool with a spray of very cold water.
How is Dermage performed?
During the treatment, our professional places on your face, one section at a time, a computerized instrument of the size of a pocket flashlight that delivers radiofrequency energy to the deeper layers of your skin. You will feel warmth on your face each time the energy is delivered. It is that heat what stimulates the collagen and makes it become tighter. At the same time, you will feel the coolness of the refreshing spray on the external layer of your skin.
One session lasts between 30 minutes and 2 hours.
Anesthesia - It is not necessary, but mild sedation may be prescribed to make the procedure more comfortable.
Recovery - After the treatment, your skin will probably remain slightly red for one day or two. Most of the patients return to their normal activities immediately after the treatment, a recovery period and special cares are not necessary.
The Results
The skin will look and feel softer, firmer and tighter immediately after the Dermage treatment. You may also notice some favorable changes in the outline of your face that will become more evident as months go by.
In general, you will notice a progressive improvement during at least 6 months, a result of the new production of collagen. The outline of your face will also become more clearly defined thanks to the tightening effect.
Dermage will not, of course, make time stop, but it will make your face look younger and fresher again for a long time. Even after many years, you will look younger than you really are and you will look much better than if you had never had this treatment done.
Liquid Facelift – the nonsurgical facelift
As we age, the face begins to lose collagen and elastin which contribute to sagging facial features. The loss of facial volume and elasticity also lead to the formation of wrinkles, lines and folds.
In broad terms, a non-surgical Liquid Face Lift can be undertaken to accomplish any of the following:
Gentle lift of individual (or overall) facial features
Reduced wrinkles, creases, line or folds
Restoration of natural, curved facial contours
