Calburn Yoga is an initiative of a few youngsters who have come together with a passion for health. The team is being ably guided by Avnish Sharma, who has been a state level body builder in Haryana. He has the exposure to many yoga forms which he learnt by way of either serving various organizations and by doing courses. He is presently pursuing a U.S.Certified course in yoga. Benefits of Yoga

hysical: The physical movements of yoga helps you lose unwanted fat and carves out a lean and strong body to make you feel confident. Mental: The deep breaths inhaled , held for a few seconds and then exhaled relaxes your mind back to its natural state and helps you to remain calm, focused, and sharp. Psychological: Re- create yourselves each day. Regular practice gives you a clear mind and the inspiration and courage to be constantly expanding and improving your life. Neurological: Yoga helps in balancing your neurological system and conditions to steer you naturally toward a healthy lifestyle. Our bodies are constantly rewired to make whatever we practice get easier. When we practice healthy, balanced living we get more healthy, balanced living. Creative: When your body and mind begin to release mental blocks, the creative juices start to flow . Creativity is limited when there is stress, be it from physical tension or mental stress. When the stress melts away, creativity can come out to play.

Breakfast on day 3 would include Multigrain Toast and Skim Milk Yogurt.
In the afternoon, have sauteed vegetables along with paneer and some green chutney.
Half a katori of methi rice and some lentil curry to make sure you end the day on a healthy note.

1-2 Bananas / 2-3 Food Supplement (+ or) 1-2 slices Toast with White butter/vegetable, cheese, sandwich (+ or) 1-2 Parantha with white butter/curd prepared from (Non-Fat) milk or corn flakes.
AFTERNOON(11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. )
1 Glass of fresh juice (No Salt) (or) 2 Boiled potatoes with salad.
LUNCH(2:00 p.m to 3:00 p.m.)
Dal (or) sabzi (Boiled and prepared in refined oil or olive oil)(+) Green Salad(+) 1 Bowl of Curd/Raita (Non Fat Milk)2-3 Chapatis of 1 Plate Brown Rice(+) Vitamin B-Complex.
After 15 to 30 Mins Plain water as per your capacity.
