A guided wellness program designed to help you gently reset your system and cultivate a healthier, more balanced way of living.

Through a combination of restorative practices, sound healing, breath awareness, and deep rest, Inner Reset supports the body and mind in slowing down, regulating, and reconnecting.

This program is ideal for those looking:

* to overcome disturbed sleeping patterns
* to reduce mental chatter
* to destress and unwind from daily overwhelm

Over the course of 12 sessions, participants are guided toward creating healthier rhythms of rest, awareness, and inner balance - supporting overall well-being and emotional calm.

For me - Sound is a tool, a technique, a process, and most importantly a way of life and the sessions I offer are weaved together around this concept. I ain’t someone who can promise any experience but I can definitely offer a tool or a technique that you can learn to heal yourself with sounds.

I’ve often felt fearful around facilitating online sound baths because it feels like so much is out of my hands.

But this time, I’m choosing differently.
I’m choosing sound to face that fear.
To let go.

And I want to invite you into this space with me -
a space to release, to soften, and to surrender to the power of sound.

Overthinking doesn’t stop just because you tell your mind to calm down.

When the body is carrying stress, the mind keeps racing - even when you want to rest. This is why many people struggle to relax, sleep deeply, or simply feel at ease.
The answer is not “thinking less.”

The answer is learning how to regulate your system.
That is where the real work begins.

At SHI, we work with guided sound, breath, and meditation practices to help the mind slow down and the body return to rest.

The most common thing people say before a Sound Bath — “I don’t think I can switch off.”

The mind that overthinks. The body that can’t sit still. The person who has tried meditation and given up because the thoughts wouldn’t stop.

These are exactly the people who walk out of a session saying they experienced a silence they couldn’t find on their own.

You don’t need to be ready for this. You don’t need to be able to switch off. The sounds do that for you.

There is a beautiful, physical reason why sound healing feels so profound. Science tells us that sound travels 4.3 times faster through water than it does through air. When you consider that the human body is approximately 70% water, the math becomes a feeling.

In a sound healing session, the vibrations don’t stop at your ears. They find the fluid in your cells, the rhythm of your blood, and the deep quiet of your nervous system instantly. It is a total-body immersion - that touches deeply.

The resonance works to harmonize the “static” we carry from daily life, returning your body to its natural, fluid state of ease. You aren’t just in the room with the sound; you become one with the resonance.

One has to detach from the conditionings of the mind to “truly surrender” - so that the SOUND can show us the path..

The path to experience Silence tangibly.

To sit there, surrounded by the singing bowls & gongs, in a whole new, unfamiliar space(acoustically) is intimidating. The reality is beyond the slowness seen in these reels.

The slowness & silence is experienced :
ONLY

when the mind shuts off,
when you’re in the present,
fully immersed and engaged with the sound alone,
Undistracted & undisturbed by the movements in & around..

Faith in the process, ability to let go of the control, to surrender intentionally are the keys to facilitate a sound bath.

Feedback is always secondary :)

their sleep, their stress levels, their constant mental noise.

Yes, the space is calm, the ambience is intentional,
But that’s just the environment. Not the work.

I cannot do the work for you.
I’m not here to just play the singing bowls while you passively receive.

In our 1:1 sessions, I guide you - through techniques and practices that have helped me move through stress and find clarity.

Sound healing supports your system.
But healing itself requires your participation.

Sound is not only heard - it is felt as vibration.

As we begin to attune ourselves to the resonance of the singing bowl - thoughts soften, mental chatter fades, and the breath begins to ease. Gently, we shift from a state of doing into non-doing. We slow down.

In this space, we acknowledge what arises - the mind’s chatter, the surfacing emotions, the subtle sensations within the body. We don’t resist them, nor do we hold on. We simply let them be, just as we let the sounds be. Deep exhales give them a channel..

Everything passes, that’s when one surrenders and flows with the flow of sound.

And in slowing down, we return - to the present moment.

It begins with learning to let go of the noise…
so we can truly listen.

& hence; sound healing is indeed a process of self realisation.
