Hummus - Smooth, nutritious dip; full of plant protein π±π₯
Ingredients:
1 cup boiled chickpeas
3-4 garlic cloves
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp oil
Method:
1. In a blender add boiled chickpeas, sesame seeds, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and cumin.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Add chilled water gradually to get a creamy texture.
4. Transfer to a bowl, drizzle a little olive oil and sprinkle paprika or cumin.
