Revival of Handmade Goods
The Idea was conceived 3 years ago when a group of professionals thought they wanted to do something more beyond their Multinational jobs, and were attracted to their roots, decided to build a venture to support the local communities. What best way could be to revive its identity through the immense Arts & Crafts practised in the country.
Thus was born “Lyngum” with an aim to build a service organisation focused on technology based solutions in most simple manner and usable by every person.
A brand which was synonym for handmade, and luxury items. Through this brand we have strived to provide an identity to the indigenous artisans, handmade artists, housewives and all those people who believe in their Art and Creativity.Handicraft, herbal and organic producers can hugely benefits from the reach of a digital platform. They can buy and sell online at the click of a button.
During our journey of these 3 years, we did an intensive research on the handicraft products ,vendors and consumers behaviour in India and Internationally. We have build a community of thousands of producers in India. Having invested in personal interactions with the buyers and sellers, our focus is now to use this knowledge through technology and reach the maximum unreached producers, and quality products for consumers.
