Many people think- Wheat is just Roti, Paratha, Breads, Pizzas. But did you know it's present in your soy sauce, asafoetida, mock meats and even those high protein breads.
No, you don't need to avoid it unless of course you have wheat allergies, sensitivities or have been recommended by your dietitians for medical concerns to do so.
Either way, you should know where it hides either as itself or as a component because understanding your food is the first step to improving your relationship with food.
