There are a lot of research on the efficacy of oats for weight loss. It is important that we add them to our diet as they are fiber rich, has protein, and contains less carbohydrates compared to our usual roti.
You can choose any "Rolled", Steel cut" or "Quick" as the macronutrients offered by each are almost the same. However, it is important for us to know what are each variety. Rolled Oats are dehusked and steamed, before they are rolled into flat flakes. Steel cut oats are broken/cut pieces of oat groats, while Quick oats are oats that have been steamed and rolled extremely thin.
