In your weight loss journey, you should always choose food items that are non-processed and whole.

There are a lot of research on the efficacy of oats for weight loss. It is important that we add them to our diet as they are fiber rich, has protein, and contains less carbohydrates compared to our usual roti.

You can choose any "Rolled", Steel cut" or "Quick" as the macronutrients offered by each are almost the same. However, it is important for us to know what are each variety. Rolled Oats are dehusked and steamed, before they are rolled into flat flakes. Steel cut oats are broken/cut pieces of oat groats, while Quick oats are oats that have been steamed and rolled extremely thin. Choose any variety, top up your oatmeal with seasonal fruits and enjoy your meal. We are there with you in your weight loss journey, do reach out for customized plans.

Why the 99% is always "dieting" but never actually making measurable progress.

It doesn't matter how healthy you eat...
It doesn't matter if you exercise or not...
It doesn't matter if you eat no carbs...
It doesn't matter if you eat less than you used to...

That's just how it goes.

(Also what most people think of as "eating healthy" is not eating healthy. In fact, the 99% usually tries to lose weight focusing on the wrong foods. But that's another story...)

The best way to know what's happening for sure is to track your food intake - that way you can see exactly how many calories you're eating - the 1% does this.

How to eat u ?your eating habits makes your body balance.

Here's a rough estimate of what 400 calories look like for these 3 different types of food. We're now gonna talk about caloric density.
When you're dieting, the best way to overcome the struggles of being hungry all the time is to eat foods, which have high volume with low calories. Vegetables are great in the sense that you can literally stuff yourself, and you would've only eaten 400 calories. Whereas if you'd stuff yourself with chicken or something higher in fat, you'd definitely break the 1000 calorie benchmark.

All oil types are sure calorie dense, so make sure to be careful with the amount of oil you consume.

SIX Ways to Eat Less Without Noticing.Here are some tips that helped me I think can help you out as well.⁣

1️⃣ Eat More Protein. Protein is a macronutrient that helps keep us feeling full and satiated.
⁣
2️⃣ Drink More Water. Water helps suppress our appetite and helps us feel good & perform well.
⁣
3️⃣ Eat Salads. Salads are high in volume, meaning you can eat quite a large amount due to the ingredients (lettuce, veggies, etc.) that are low in calories & quite filling.
⁣
4️⃣ Eat More Fruits/Veggies. Fruits and veggies contain fiber and are lower in calories. They are great to consume for weight loss.
⁣
5️⃣ Drink A Cup Of Coffee. Coffee helps suppress appetite and it tastes great, too. but if you are a cream and sugar person, the calories do add up quickly so be mindful.
⁣
6️⃣ Keep Things Simple. you're busy in your day to day life. You don't have to make things over-complicated with fancy diets & eating protocols. Just make sure you choose quality foods you enjoy & can be consistent with over time!

By choosing foods that are low in calories, but high in volume, you can eat more and feel fuller on fewer calories. Fruits and vegetables are good choices because they tend to be low in energy density and high in volume.
