We all are aware of and now we can see sudden changes in the weather.
Dehydration is one of the problems being faced by all of us in summer and this summer is pretty intolerable, as many of the patients visited me for same issue these days....

How to yourself to avoid or get rid of these..?
1. At least consume 3-4 liters of in a day.
