There’s always another deadline, another responsibility, another person to take care of… and somehow our own wellbeing quietly slips to the bottom of the list.

Until one day our mind says, “Enough!”… and sometimes our body says it even louder!

For over 20 years, while teaching Reiki have watched people discover something they weren’t expecting.

Not magic.

Not miracles.

Just a calmer mind…
A lighter heart…
Better sleep…
Healthier relationships…
And the ability to handle life’s ups and downs with a little more grace (and a lot less drama! 😄).

Reiki isn’t about escaping life.

It’s about learning how to move through life with greater awareness, balance and resilience.

In this two-day workshop, I’ll share simple, practical tools that you can start using from day one—for yourself, your family and your everyday life.

No experience is needed.
No need to be “spiritual.”

Sometimes life takes us inward—not to take something away from us, but to return us to ourselves 🙏🏻

The past year has been challenging, humbling and transformative.

It reminded me that real growth rarely happens when life is easy. It happens when everything familiar falls away, and we’re gently invited to stop looking outward… and begin listening within.

Many of the challenges I faced called upon me to practise the very principles I’ve been teaching for over 20 years. They encouraged me to question, to let go, to forgive, to trust, and to discover a deeper strength than I knew I had.

Looking back, I realise that healing isn’t about avoiding life’s challenges. It’s about allowing them to shape us with greater compassion, resilience and faith.

And so, with a heart full of gratitude, I’m returning to teaching Reiki once again.

I return with deeper faith, greater gratitude, and a renewed commitment to serve. 🙏🏻
