Zen leadership may sound like a cliché, but it is, in fact the key to success.

Too often, leaders project power outwards, forcing change and imposing their will on those they lead. I believe that successful leaders are the ones who can focus their attention inwards and find a sense of calm and peace that draws others to them.

Let's connect at 7PM on Monday (25th May'20) to explore the Zen way of being and leading fearlessly.

More than half a century ago, when Mumbai was Bombay, the city was made up of 7 islands. One of the key and most exotic islands was the Island of Worli - A happy place where the sea, sun, palm trees and the local folk lived in perfect harmony. It’s that time of the year when the once exotic island of Worli rediscovers its mojo. Come celebrate at THE ISLAND OF HAPPINESS.

CFBP was established in 1966 by stalwarts of business & industry like Mr. J.R.D. Tata, Mr.Ramkrishna Bajaj , Mr.Arvind Mafatlal , Mr.F.T.Khorakiwala, Mr. Naval Tata, Mr. S. P. Godrej, Mr.J.N.Guzder, and Mr. Keshub Mahindra& others who recognized the imperative need of business & industry to regulate itself.
