The Foundation has its registered office at Matunga in Mumbai. The Foundation is managed by elected Board of Trustees. All the trustees to the foundation volunteer with the Foundation. The Yoga Vidya Pranic Healing Foundation of Maharashtra is a registered charitable trust and all donations to the foundation are exempt from Income Tax under Section 80G, of the Income Tax Act.
