4 months to go. And the training only gets harder from here. 🏔️
🥵Started yesterday morning at 6am in Mumbai, in 30°C, 70% humidity, sun rising by km 4.
Most people avoid running in these conditions. I’m choosing to train in them. Here’s why 👇
1️⃣ Your body adapts to stress.
2️⃣ Running in 70% humidity forces your cardiovascular system to work harder, your sweat rate to become more efficient, and your heart to manage heat load under pressure.
That adaptation? It’s exactly what I’ll need when I’m running at altitude, where oxygen is thin, temperature swings are extreme, and your body has no room for error.
Train in the hard conditions now. Race ready later 💪🏻
