I’m a nutritionist. And I don’t ask my clients to give up rice, roti, potatoes, fruit or even chocolate to lose weight.
So what DO I change?
Portions. Not “no carbs”.
Protein. So you stay fuller for longer.
Meal structure. So you’re not starving by evening.
Snacking habits. Because those little bites can add up.
What happens between meals. Because weight loss is not decided by one meal.
You don't need to eat like you're on a diet.
You need to learn how to eat your normal food differently.
That’s the part most “quick-fix” diets miss.
Read the first comment — I’ve added one important point there.
Save this for the next time someone tells you that weight loss means giving up everything you love.
