Buddha Purnima, known in Myanmar as the Full Moon Day of Kason, is one of the most sacred Buddhist festivals, commemorating the Buddha’s birth, enlightenment, and passing into Parinibbana. It is marked by large gatherings at pagodas, especially Shwedagon in Yangon, and the traditional Bodhi Tree Watering Festival.

At 102, yoga instructor Charlotte Chopin is still teaching three classes a week—proving that simple, consistent movement beats flashy fitness trends.
Her longevity secret isn't about optimization but about four things: enjoying what you do, maintaining close relationships, cultivating gratitude, and showing up regularly.
The takeaway applies at any age: devotion beats duration.

“Yoga is the journey from the self, through the self, to the self—share it, and the world heals.”

Life goes on !!!!
Move on 🙏

Baisakhi, celebrated on April 14, 2026, is a harvest festival that marks the Punjabi New Year and the birth of the Khalsa order by Guru Gobind Singh. It is a time of joy, gratitude, and positive energy, with prayers for peace, prosperity, and unity.

Thingyan is Myanmar’s vibrant New Year water festival, celebrated every April where people splash water to wash away the past year’s misdeeds and welcome renewal with joy, peace, and merit-making.

✨ “May the New Year bring fresh hope, radiant positive energy, and lasting peace to our lives. Let each day unfold with joy, harmony, and renewed strength.”
