Todays day to keep your health in safe guard.

1. Have lots of turmeric, boil in water n have 3 times a day.
2. Use tulsi leaves , put them in your drinking water.
3. Have bath with haldi pack, use it with oats powder, milk , rose water. Apply on your body before bath. Need not use soap.
