As a doctor working closely with women for years, I have seen something beyond symptoms, reports, hormones, or health struggles.
I have seen how many women silently carry the weight of everything.
Family. Work. Expectations. Responsibilities. Dreams they quietly put aside.
And somewhere along the journey, many women stop feeling seen, supported, or understood.
Years ago, while building my own startup, I realised women didn’t just need another networking group.
They needed an ecosystem.
A space where they could grow personally and professionally without judgement, competition, or pretence.
That thought became WIBE. 💜
What started as conversations between Rinku, Shivani & me,has today become a thriving community
Over the years, I have watched women who once hesitated to even introduce themselves on stage confidently present their businesses.
I have seen women launch brands, open studios, get featured in the media, grow businesses, and most importantly… believe in themselves again.
And today, as WIBE wins the Women Power in Community Builder Award 2026, it feels deeply emotional.
Not because of the trophy.
But because the vision worked.
As a doctor, healing has always been part of my purpose.
But WIBE taught me that sometimes women heal not only through medicine… but through community, encouragement, confidence, and belonging. ✨
Wibe also taught me that if you are true to what you stand for universe has your back!
With Wibe too I faced many challenges but got equal amount of support from my initial Founding Team - Rinku & Shivani and Now my Current Co-Founder Sonali Mehta who shares the same madness and is equally driven as I am for WIBE
