Excessively long workouts create a lot of fatigue that can deteriorate your movement patterns, and break down your technique.

Be it our functional fitness training, Yoga on the ropes, kickboxing or kapap Krav maga - every workout session at our center is designed to help you derive max out of your workout hour, prioritizing quality over quantity!

Twisting at the lower back is critical for everyday movements.

Think about it: you twist when you put away dishes or while using the vacuum. Limitations in rotation can negatively affect your daily activities. 

Sneak-Peek of our in-person class practicing “Scorpion Twists” that target two chronically tight areas—the muscles near the top of your thighs and the lower back—while working on spinal rotation.

✨In our "Functional Fitness class", you will practice exercises that train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in any of the sports activities.

When workouts take the form of cute drawings- you got to apply your mind to it!

Created these exercise scripts that depict the step by step flow of postures for spinal and hip opening warm ups.

These are circulated as reference material to our Kinetics class participants and used in the last session as a summary of all the postures we practiced in the previous sessions.

These scripts can also be used by our participants to continue self practice at home.
