Cardiac Rehabilitation is a comprehensive treatment program designed for those who have either suffered from heart disease, or have an elevated risk of developing heart disease. This includes people who have experienced or are at risk of heart attack, bypass surgery, angioplasty, angina, Heart Valve surgery, Heart Transplant surgery, or have tested positive for blockages of heart vessels. ram includes exercise prescription and training under strict medical supervision using state-of-the-art “Portable Heart Monitoring ECG Telemetry system”, Cardiac Risk Factor modification, education and counseling on “heart-healthy” living, thus helping patients return to an active life.
