*New Batch for Yoga, Pranayam & Meditation starting on 15th August*
If you are looking at changing your lifestyle and want to be more healthy both physically & mentally, here is an opportunity to attend a 7 sessions online yoga program conducted by *Samit Pathak, a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher from Isha Foundation*.
In these sessions, you will be learning a combination of *Yoga practices, Pranayam, Kriyas & Meditation*. These classes are conducted as an *initial 7 session program followed by regular classes*.
In these classes, you will be introduced to:
1. Yoga practices to activate the joints, relax the neck & shoulder muscles and also strengthen the spine
