Let your lungs meet the altitude in the clinic first, before you meet the mountains.

High-altitude environments can affect everyone differently. The Hypoxia Challenge Test helps evaluate how your body may respond to reduced oxygen levels, before your journey begins.

Because preparation starts long before the first step of the climb.
Schiller India is here to help you prepare for what lies ahead. Stay tuned.

What happens to your body at high altitude?

As you climb higher, the air becomes thinner and less oxygen is available with every breath. This condition, known as hypoxia, can make it harder for your body to adapt.
Understanding altitude is the first step towards preparing for it.

Schiller India is here to help you prepare for what lies ahead. Stay tuned.

*Quick Tip Friday*

The most common cause of ECG signal artifacts isn't a device fault. It's cable damage from improper storage.

✔ Always store patient cables in a loose figure-8 loop

✔ Hang them on a dedicated hook, not draped over the device

✔ Never pull cables by the electrode end, always grip the connector

✔ Inspect cable insulation monthly for cracks or stiffness

The views at high altitude are breathtaking.
Sometimes, quite literally.

The challenge isn't just reaching the summit, it's how well your body adapts to thinner air along the way.

Because when it comes to high-altitude journeys, preparation isn't just about performance. It's about safety.

The question is: How prepared are you for the altitude?
Schiller India is here to help you prepare for what lies ahead. Stay tuned.

Planning to conquer a high-altitude trek this year?

You built endurance, strengthened your muscles, and prepared for the climb ahead, but did you train your lungs for the altitude?

As you ascend, oxygen levels decrease and your body works harder to adapt. Physical fitness alone may not always prepare you for the challenges of high-altitude environments. Schiller India is here to help you prepare for what lies ahead. Stay tuned.

Your monitor shows numbers. Your clinician reads stories. 🩺

SpO₂: 95–100% | BP: ~120/80 | HR: 60–100

These are the benchmarks but a single reading never tells the full picture. A Blood pressure of 118/76 looks perfect. What if it was 145/90 an hour ago? A heart rate of 98 seems fine, until you notice it's been climbing steadily for 3 hours.

That's why continuous monitoring exists. Not to capture a moment. To capture a trend.

Ready for the trip to the Himalayas?

The real challenge isn't always the distance or the climb.

As altitude increases, oxygen levels decrease, and your lungs are the first to feel the difference.

Before you head for the mountains, make sure you're prepared for what awaits above. Schiller India is here to help you prepare for what lies ahead. Stay tuned.
