Visited a District Level Sports School today and had the opportunity to interact with young athletes, along with their dedicated coaches and trainers, about the importance of sports nutrition.

Performance doesn’t start on the field — it starts on the plate. The right balance of nutrients, proper hydration, and structured recovery strategies are essential for endurance, strength, injury prevention, and sustained peak performance.

It was inspiring to witness the discipline and determination of these budding athletes. Insightful discussions with coaches and trainers reinforced that when training and nutrition align, performance reaches the next level.

As professionals, we must continue strengthening grassroots sports by integrating scientific nutrition practices into daily training routines.
