At our NewU City Centre 2 Kolkata store, we witnessed a moment that stopped us in our tracks.
An elderly couple in their 70s walked in. The gentleman held his wife’s hand and softly said,
“I want a moisturizer… one that will make her glow like never before.” ✨
That single sentence held decades of love, care, and quiet devotion.
Our team guided them with warmth, helping them pick the perfect product. When it was time to bill, they gently placed ₹340 in coins on the counter—each coin perhaps saved with thought, each one a piece of their shared journey.
Moved by their love, our team offered the product as a gift. But he refused.
“I want to buy this for her,” he said, with pride in his voice and love in his eyes. 💔❤️
