Good sleep = more fat loss, muscle preserved-
poor sleep = muscle loss.
🧬Hormones-
Sleep deprivation ↓ leptin (satiety), ↑ ghrelin (hunger) → more cravings.
🥵Cortisol-
Poor sleep ↑ stress hormone → belly fat storage.
🩺Insulin-
