A High Risk PNC mother at 10th day visited home by team KABREY HWC at Samardung.

Vitals and other PNC indicator of both mother and baby were monitored

Appropriate consultation with MOIC done telephonically.

Counselling provided on care of new born at home, danger signs and treatment adherence.

Medicines checked and refilled need based prescribed Medicines.

Guided ASHA for Appropriate follow up and home visit as per protocol.

NATIONAL DEWORMING DAY Observed today at various Schools, AWCs, and Hamlets by administering ALBENDAZOLE 400mg tablet to targeted 1-19 years of age group population.

DEWORMING is one of the preventive measures to prevent young children from malnutrition ,Anemia and many other health issues caused by 🪱 worm infestation.

IEC sessions were conducted by Health and Wellness Ambassadors/Nodal Teachers, AWWs, ASHAs for educating students and Community for importance of biannually deworming of children, impact of worm infestation and importance of hygiene to prevent worm infestation.

Encouraging healthy hand hygiene practices, participants were also demonstrated the WHO recommended hand washing steps, emphasised to adopt such way of hand washing steps in their day to day practices.

More then 300 children age group of 1-19years old were dewormed today by our dedicated team.

AYUSHMAN AROGYA SHIVIR CONDUCTED today at UPPER Kabrey AWC in collaboration with Mobile Village Clinic, Namchi.

IEC given on importance of early screening, timely followup , and treatment adherence.

Observing National Deworming Day IEC given mother's, care givers, and elderlys regarding importance of Deworming, worm infestation and preventive measures, ASHA and AWW demonstrated the hand washing steps to the participants.

Comprehensive healthcare services including NCD/CD screening, follow up, along with general OPD services and lab test were provided by Medical Officer and team of (MVC).

DEWORM your 1-19 years old child with single dose of ALBENDAZOLE 400mg tablet at nearest health center, AWCs/ICDS ,ASHA or at Schools for 🪱 worm free and healthy children.

Worm free children's are active in daily activities, better nutrition absorption, less chance of anemia, focused and sharp mind ,proper and timely growth of mind and body and many more health benefits.

Students were thoroughly screened for 4Ds by Dental Surgeon and Medical Officer (AYURVEDA) from Namthang PHC.

Anemia screening, age appropriate vaccination and supplementation of Vit A were provided to Students.
